  1. About

Values

The following are values that our team holds and embraces to guide our work together.

Bring your whole self to the work.

Build genuine relationships and support each other on a human level.

Care for each other.

Make your personal boundaries and preferences known. Prioritize respecting your teammates' needs as well.

Don't take yourself too seriously.

Feel the freedom to laugh, keep things light, and be silly.

Stay curious.

Examine without judgment. First ask questions, then make suggestions, not demands.

Take responsibility and declare failures.

Make commitments to build trust, clarity and reliability. In the face of unforeseen variables, be timely in your communication and own your part.

Communication is key.

1. Assume positive intent, not personal attacks. 2. Communicate with an awareness of your feelings and the impact your energy may have on others. Hold space for one another, even when it is uncomfortable. 3. Communicate about your process, thinking, and approach when leading a project. Ask for feedback and support to broaden your perspective and build alignment.

Lead with integrity.

Strive to be kind, truthful, and thoughtful in your actions. Be radically candid with yourself and others.
